Applying for Summer Aid
If you've used 100% of your financial aid in the Fall and Spring semesters and will be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours) during Summer I and/or Summer II, or the eleven week summer semester, you may be eligible for additional aid.
Note: Information for 2022 Summer Aid will be available late Spring 2022.
Requirements and Deadlines
In order to be eligible, students must:
- Be enrolled in a minimum of 6 hours in each semester you plan on attending.
- Complete and submit the Summer Financial Aid Request form.
- You must have a completed 2021-2022 FAFSA with Brazosport College’s school code, 007287.
- Have a complete 2021-2022 financial aid file with Brazosport College.
- Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements.
The Priority Deadline for Summer Aid Requests is April 1.
Make sure to submit all financial aid requirements by the priority deadlines. If you complete your file after the priority deadline, we cannot guarantee your award will be processed in time to pay for classes, and you may need toarrange a payment planorpay in full.
