Sign in to download Microsoft 365

1. Go towww.office.comand if you're not already signed in, selectSign in.
2. Login with your Brazosport College email and password, then clickSign In.
   • For Students:Your username will be your first initial, full last name and the last 4 numbers of your BC ID, followed by @www.d-onis.com. (i.e. jdoe1234@www.d-onis.com)
   • For Employees:Your username will be your first initial and full last name, followed by @www.d-onis.com. (i.e. jdoe@www.d-onis.com)
3. From the home page selectInstall Office
4. SelectOffice 365 apps
5. Once downloaded, click the file in your downloads to begin the installation of Microsoft 365 on your device.

1. Depending on your browser, select Run (in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer), Setup (in Chrome), or Save File (in Firefox).

   If you see the User Account Control prompt that says, Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?selectYes.

   The install begins.

2. Your install is finished when you see the phrase,"You're all set! Office is installed now"and an animation plays to show you where to find Microsoft 365 applications on your computer. SelectClose.

1. Once the download has completed, open Finder, go toDownloads, and double-clickMicrosoft Office installer.pkgfile (the name might vary slightly).
2. On the first installation screen, selectContinueto begin the installation process.
3. Review the software license agreement, and then clickContinue.
4. SelectAgreeto agree to the terms of the software license agreement.
5. Choose how you want to install Microsoft 365 and clickContinue.
6. Review the disk space requirements or change your install location, and then clickInstall.
7. Enter your Mac login password, if prompted, and then clickInstall Software. (This is the password that you use to log in to your Mac.)
8. The software begins to install. ClickClosewhen the installation is finished.
