PLEASE NOTE:

Educational Testing Service (ETS) has notified茶and the state board of education that they will not administer the HiSET test in Texas after 8/31/2021. All current and prospective HiSET test-takers should plan to complete testing in Texas as soon as possible, but no later than 8/31/2021. The last day to take a HiSET test in Texas is 8/31/2021.

The GED has four content areas (3 opportunities to test per year, per content area) and will be a total of about 7 1/4 hours long with the timing as follows OR you may take each test individually:

Reasoning Through Language Arts (RLA)-150 minutes
