Checking your Brazosport College email
All students, faculty, and staff receive a Brazosport College email associated with their account. The College uses this email to send important information and as the primary means to discuss your educational records (such as your financial aid file or grades) that must remain confidential to comply with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) guidelines.
How to access your email
- On your computer or phone, visitwebmail.www.d-onis.com.
- Login with your Brazosport College username and password.
- For Students:Your username will be your first initial, full last name and the last 4 numbers of your BC ID.
- For Employees:Your username will be your first initial and full last name.
- Once logged in, you'll be able to view your email inbox.
If it's your first time logging in, you might be asked to reset your password before being directed to your email inbox.
Add your email to your Phone
Adding your email to your phone is a quick and convenient way to access your Brazosport College email.
Add an email account to your Android device
- Open your device's Settings app.
- TapAccounts. If you can't see 'Accounts', tapUsers & accounts.

- Enter your Brazosport College email address.
- Provide additional server information as required:

TapOKto continue, the review the policies. You will need to tapActivateto complete set up.
Add an email account to your iPhone
How to set up your email account automatically
- Go toSettings>Mail, then tapAccounts.
- TapAdd Account, then tapMicrosoft Exchange.
- Enter your email address, then tapNext. You can also enter an account description.
- After you enter your email address, chooseSign InorConfigure Manually.
TapSign Into automatically discover your Exchange account information. You'll then be guided through the set up process.
TapConfigure Manuallyto set up your account with Basic authentication. Enter your email password, then tapNext. You might also be prompted to provide additional server information:
Server:webmail.www.d-onis.com
Domain:bcnet
Student Usernames:First initial, last name and last 4 digits of your BC ID
Employee Usernames:First initial and last name - You can sync Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes.
- When you're finished, tapSave.
Troubleshoot problems
I can't sign in to my email
重要的: If you can't sign in to your email client, you might see one of these errors:
- "Username and password not accepted"
- "Invalid credentials"
- After several attempts entering an incorrect password, your account may be locked
Step 1: Check your password
If you have these problems or can’t sign in, first check to make sure you’re using the right password.
Step 2: If you can't remember your password, try resetting it
If you previously setup BC Self-Service password reset for your account, you can visitpassword.www.d-onis.comto reset your password.
- Visitpassword.www.d-onis.com, then enter your account username.
- Click onReset Password/Unlock Account.
- You will then be prompted to answer 3 of your security questions that you setup when you signed up for password reset.
- Once the questions are answered correctly, the system will allow you to change your password.
- Once you have typed your new password, click onUpdate Password.
