MEASURES TO SAFELY REOPEN CAMPUS

In a continued effort to safely return to campus, the college has hired Lee Ullrich to serve as the leader of the Infection Control Strike Team. Lee has over a decade of experience in safety and environmental protection in local industry.

For the last week, Lee has been assessing and making recommendations for the classrooms that will be needed for our students to finish their spring semester delayed courses.

For the month of May, Brazosport College will continue to pay regular part-time staff and eligible student assistants for aminimumof 19 hours per week. However, the College will not pay for spring semester student assistants who do not continue as active students during the summer terms. A student assistant must be enrolled to take courses this summer to continue as a student assistant. The College will determine at a later date how to handle regular part-time staff and student assistant pay for the months of June and July.

Part-time staff and student assistants who normally use the Empower MyHR timesheet process and their supervisors should review the兼职和学生工人的说明(This does NOT apply to employees who enter their time through other systems; e.g., through Report Time or the CBIT system).

ANNUAL EMPLOYEE APPRAISALS

B.C Supervisors-- As a supervisor of employees in your area of assignment, it is time to complete the annual performance appraisals for employees you supervise. After the “One-up Review” has been completed, the appropriate supervisor will sign off on the appraisal and forward the completed document to Human Resources.

TEXTBOOK RENTAL RETURNS AND BUYBACKS
